2. Complete your fault reportWe send you a link to describe the fault and upload photographs. Please complete it promptly so we can review the problem before your visit.
3. Get advice on the repairOur engineer investigates the fault and explains the work required. If parts or a further visit are needed, we quote before returning.

How soon can an engineer visit?

The booking form shows available appointments for your appliance. If you need help finding a suitable appointment, call our Coventry team during opening hours.

What if the appliance is not worth repairing?

We will explain the findings so you can decide whether to proceed. If a repair is not possible, is uneconomical or you decline it, the diagnostic charge applies. Charges vary by appliance and are shown on the booking form.

My appliance is rented from MARRS. Should I book here?
