Freestanding, integrated and washer dryers

Have the make and model ready if available. A description of when the fault happens, any error code and the photographs requested in your fault report help us prepare for the visit.

Before you book a washing machine repair
How much does a washing machine repair cost?
Diagnostics cost £45 for a freestanding machine or £60 for an integrated machine, including VAT, when no repair is carried out. Completed first-visit repairs have a minimum labour charge of £79, plus parts, instead of the diagnostic charge. Additional work or further visits can cost more; we quote before a return visit.
Do you repair my make of washing machine?
We repair most makes of washing machine and washer dryer. Please have the make and model ready. If you are unsure whether we cover your model, call 024 7646 9680 before booking.
Do you repair integrated washing machines?
Yes. Select the integrated option on the washing machine booking form. The diagnostic charge is £60 including VAT if no repair is carried out.
How soon can an engineer visit?
The booking form shows available appointments for you to choose from. If you need help finding a suitable appointment, call our Coventry team during opening hours.
What if the machine is not worth repairing?
We will explain the findings so you can decide whether to proceed. If a repair is not possible, is uneconomical or you decline it, the diagnostic charge applies.
