Less retyping and chasing
Automatic work-order processing and fault-report requests reduce manual data entry and back-and-forth emails.
For letting agents & property managers
For nearly 20 years, we’ve developed our booking systems to make life easier for letting agents. Our latest portal gives your team a simpler way to raise repairs, arrange tenant bookings and check progress.

Less administration, clearer updates
Automatic work-order processing and fault-report requests reduce manual data entry and back-and-forth emails.
Tenant descriptions and photographs help our team assess the problem before arranging the next step.
Tenants choose from available appointments online. Your agency has one overview of its repairs, with completed jobs visible for 14 days.
How it works
Upload the details you already have. The portal handles the initial information collection, and our team reviews the fault before arranging what happens next.
The portal extracts the information automatically, usually in around 10–15 seconds, and prompts you for anything missing. If the appliance is rented, simply tick the relevant box.
Once the upload and required details are complete, the repair is added to our system. The tenant receives a link to a short online fault report to describe the problem and upload photographs.
Our team assesses the information and sends the tenant a booking link, or provides your agency with a quotation where appropriate.
The tenant chooses from our available appointments online, and the appointment is booked automatically.
Log in to view your agency’s jobs and their current status, without contacting the office for every update. Completed jobs remain visible for 14 days.
Work-order processing and tenant fault-report requests can continue outside office hours. This applies to automated intake and information collection; engineer visits, team assessments, quotations and emergency assistance are not available around the clock.
