This can be offered as a stand alone service, or when an appliance is rented in your premises, for a discounted price.
Our team of qualified testers will ensure all your plugin appliances are safe for your tenants.
Changes to local authority rules mean that many previously exempt properties are now classed as HMO’s and as such must be registered. Using fully calibrated testing equipment, we will issue you with dated stickers on each appliance together with a certificate accepted by your local authority.
